So, This Is Happening This Week…
MIJ Ibanez JS2450 in muscle car purple, should be an interesting feeling Ibanez, with its 6105 frets and 9.8” radius

Love that color. Mine is that gray pearl finish which is ok, but nothing special. That said, I like having the full HB in the neck position. Satch has moved away from that in recent years.
The JS is an ergonomic DREAM to play. I LOVE the necks on them. Don't know why they're still not putting locking tuners on them. Might add a set in the future.
Though I didn't buy mine for studio work, I've found it to be pretty useful as a studio guitar because of the coil cutters and the locking trem.

I guess when you don’t change your own strings, locking tuners is an overlooked spec to put on your signature guitars. I can live without them on a standard 6 inline headstock, but for 3x3 and reverse I want them, wrapping and winding them from the treble side can be a bitch

Apparently Ibanez doesn't put locking tuners on ANY of their guitars, so you have to go aftermarket. Apparently they think because you have a locking nut, you wouldn't want string changes to be easier.

Well aren’t you just special
went back and looked, because they’re back ordered, this one is a demo (never got a bad demo from Sweetwater), thought maybe it was old, even the new one in the pic they have has non locking.

Are they made by Ibanez? Do they have an Ibanez stamp on them? They're probably Gotos's licensed by Ibanez.
