Boss IR 2 pedal

anybody played one of these yet?  if the sims are katana quality, this could be fantastic.

I think they use the same chip in everything.
It's not a restring until I'm bleeding.

thats what i figured.  a katana in a boss pedal sounds like a great idea.

Of course I'm a tube amp guy but I have a Katana combo & it's a fun, nifty amp indeed.

Shaw this and loved it, crazy.

But, after Dave's comment (same Katana chip on everything) and seing the price, I think that buying the new Boss ME-90 is a better chose. Same amp models (I supose same IR) and conections, plus many effect options and a Exp-Wah pedal, for only 100 € more.

i saw that me90, but there are pedals i dont want to give up using just yet.  theres something attractive about preserving my preferred compressor, od, and delay, and simply toggling between two amp models on a boss pedal for required variety.  im a simple player, in need of simple solutions.
