Moving Sucks!

Drink will flow, blood will spill.
Here's where you discuss stuff that doesn't fall under the other topics. Doesn't even have to be music-related.

 Thanks Dave
The shelves can be had many places, zzounds, amazon, sweetwater. They used to be dirt cheap.  $12-$15 or so. Now, $30 a pc :confusion-shrug:

When I built this desk I knew I had to figure out a way to incorporate my Marshall head that was wider than 19". So I cut the lower rack right side wall open with the exception of 2" on the wall perimeter. I installed the rack shelf upside down so the Marshall head could stick slightly into the lower center of the desk.

Oh, and btw.. You'll see the little boxlike unit with a quasi VH bumble bee finish sitting in an iPad holder on the left side of the desk. That is an Amperium. One of the best kept secrets in the guitar world.. Made in Ukraine

New components in the studio. Working on my base rhythm section sounds. Guitars were pretty much an after thought

Congrats!

How is that whiskey? And is it American leaning like bourbon and rye?

Well, it's not The Macallen :D I am a Johnnie Walker Red guy so at first blush it was a lil harsher, second blush was better,, by the 3rd it was fuckin great

 It's distilled in Columbus.

From another site.. Clearly a blend..
" For BLACKENED, we finish the whiskey in brandy casks. The result is an added apricot note that plays perfectly alongside the honey and caramel tones of the pre-finished whiskey. After the whiskeys have been combined in the brandy casks for finishing, they're jolted back to life by the unmistakable, music of Metallica."
