Montrose
Montrose
I'm talking the first record.
Love this album. Meat and potatoes guitar at its best.
Ronnie was able to pull off the Les Paul/Ampeg combo without everything sounding like China Grove.
Hagar was down in the mix where he belongs.
I just really love this record.

I may be in the minority here, but to me his shining moment on that record is his hyper boogie solo on Good Rockin' Tonight ....man that is just smoking. But yes, what a killer album.
