Thanks fellas, it's been a long time coming. My wife and I worked our tails off for just shy of 30 yrs and lived far below our means to get to this point. We hadn't really planned on doing this quite yet but our county commissioners green lighted a 3 story 94 unit low income housing project on a 5 acre pc right fucking next door to our present home so....
