best/favorite vibrato?
It's really like a fingerprint, or maybe a human voice, or perhaps a person's handwriting/signature isn't it? A player's vibrato is really the most distinctive aspect of a player's style.
It's not a restring until I'm bleeding.

She has no idea about how a guitar is played or who John Sykes is, but let me tell you, that vibrato alone probably sold a million records.

And wetted a million panties!!!! (pardon the explicit expression)
best/favorite vibrato?
Sykes or Yngwie for me
best/favorite vibrato?
Yep Sykes, Uli and Yngwie are all big faves....someone I dont think has been mentioned is Luke, love his vibrato and phrasing in general! (edit: oops Dave mentioned him)
best/favorite vibrato?
It's Yngwie for me, hands down. Dave Gilmour for 2nd spot.
best/favorite vibrato?
I would also say my favorite vibrato are from my favorite players:
Adrian Smith
Brian Robertson
Michael Schenker
John Norum
Gary Moore
I think one of the most creative and musical vibratos of all time is David Gilmour. While he may not be in my top 10 list of favorite guitar players I am still a big fan and his vibrato and bends are some of the tastiest playing I have ever heard in my life. So David is probably very close to the top of the list when it comes to vibrato.

Yeah, Gilmour is a top of the food chain guy as far as vibratos go... I just didn't include him cause he is not a dino player, but you can't deny the man just has it.

I don't think @"Dinosaur David B" ever had a problem with that kind of humour. Dave, please let me know if that stuff doesn't fly here.
