Send me the email address you use for it, and when I search for that, It'll find you, then I can add you.

Guys -- this is how you find your Skype account name. Click on your picture in the upper left-hand corner. Your skype name appears under your real name.

I think the issue may be I am using Skype for Business

So create a personal account with a different email.
