I have new music out
I have new music out
I've been relatively quiet around the forum for some time due to life and other stuff getting in the way. One of them is working on some new original music with two buddies of mine from school. We finally got around to recording a 5-song EP, which you can check out on Spotify (links to other streaming services can be found here).
We didn't aspire to anything else but to have fun and enjoy the process of getting together to rehearse, come up with songs, and go to a studio to have them properly recorded. The lyrics are in Spanish, as it is our first language.
I hope you guys enjoy it, and I'd love to read your impressions.
PS: if anyone is wondering what the heck the name of the band is, it's a play-on-words with local slang, which roughly translates to "suck ass."

Congrats, Mario! Finishing an album or EP is a major win for anyone.
Very happy for you.

Hey, Santi, so good, as usual with your music.
If it can be usefull, I have a contact on Buenos Aires, a great music promoter (Glenn Hugges, Winery Dogs, G'n'R). The company is Hellnosie; Santiago my friend.
I don't know if that can be something for you, but I can text him something about you. Saniago is next to Buenos Aires, not Pamplona. Maybe you can book something there.

Loathe as I am, as the non-spanish speaker, this is Mario's music. Not Santiago's.eduardoritos wrote: ↑Sun Dec 29, 2024 11:35 am Hey, Santi, so good, as usual with your music.

Yeah, my fault.
Re: I have new music out
I think the confusion arises because my hometown is also named Santiago.

We don't plan to gig actively; we're more interested in releasing short EPs more frequently. However, by all means, tell your friend in Argentina about us! If there's a real opportunity to play across the Andes, I would take it.eduardoritos wrote: ↑Sun Dec 29, 2024 11:35 am If it can be usefull, I have a contact on Buenos Aires, a great music promoter (Glenn Hugges, Winery Dogs, G'n'R).
