Happy Birthday Mad Mikey, good to see you're still in the game :music-guitarred:  .

A return to Gibson, still putting out LPs..... works for me.

His hands can still do it all.  :bow-blue:

But he hasn't come up with any memorable songs since In the Midst of Beauty with Barden.

A complete giant, no question about it. He seems perfectly capable to do all the amazing stuff he always did, just not with the fire and enthusiasm of old. I am glad he is still around doing it, that sid, and I look forward to seeing him live again in the future.

I think if I'm smart, I'll forgo that.

I've been lucky that the shows I saw were either good or great so I have very good memories. Given the way he's mailing it in now, using the all legato, there's no where for him to go but down. I'd rather keep my good memories.   :confusion-shrug:

i am of a similar view, though not all shows great in my case, London Astoria with UFO 1998 for example,  very shambolic.
That said i saw him on the G3 tour, 2 months later with MSG in Croydon and he was fantastic!
