I recall Eduardo once saying his favourite one was in the first solo from Rainbow's16th CG from on stage.  I was thinking about that, and if pressed I might go with one of the following

Blackmore/Weiss heim @  3:06 to 3:10 
Schenker/Looking for love @  2:35 to 3:06
Gary Moore/Don't take me for a loser @ 2:48 to 2;55

I can see you like the same thing I love on this: take a lick and transform it on a phrase. Not that simple as it seems.
