I saw him in London last November, and it was one hell of a show. Did he play with the same band in Seattle? The bass player looked like Aragorn from LOTR, and there was a younger, leftie guy on guitar, and, if I'm not mistaken, Uli's daughter on keyboards. Here are some snaps from that evening:

Yes, same band and they smoke. 

I didn't take any pics during the show, except for a small snippet of the Sails intro....and then got a pic w/Uli afterwards.

Too busy tonight to make a longer post, but suffice it to say the show was badass. I'll post that quick vid over in the Videos section.

He's not playing close to my area. It's a big heartbreak, I've never seen him in concert.

I hate to be that guy, but I have seen him, once. It was probably the best concert I have ever been to. If I were you, I would look into airplane tickets to the closest venue he is playing on this tour.
