as our holiday season has closed out at the restaurant, and ive had a couple of days to recover on my couch, watching film noir and eating brillat-savarin, i realised its already the 3rd, and i havent wished my brothers happy new year!  what are yall plans for 2024?  lets hear it, if you feel like it.

opposite, here.  one of the hardest months of my working career ended abruptly monday night.  tonight, we had 5 cooks feeding 18 guests.  im fucking up dave.  i should be bringing a deck of cards to work, so i can take these kids money..

HNY too. 
I started the year with a great flu. With 71° fever the worst day. So, good entrance for me. I'm almost recovered now.
