Anyway here I am. 38 years old, been playing since I was 15 or 16. I should be way better than I am at this point. :sad2:

I don't think there was a biggest Helloween fan in the world than me from 1994 to 1999... I actually hired them to play my hometown borrowing money from my mother in 2001 and gained nothing but grief for a few years after that.

Jeeshh.....don't I know it. I should be wayyyy better than I am. Sometimes I feel like a poser on guitar.....I see all these 15 year old kids that can play circles around me.....but whatever.....I enjoy playing and don't know what I would do without it. Many of us are in the same boat. Some great players on this board though.

How did that Halloween gig go back in '01. That sounds awesome. I am a huge fan of the Kiske/Hansen eras.

Are you familiar with Pasaye Guitars? I think they're in TJ.

Oh boy, Don't get me started on that Helloween thing. I have been thinking for years that I should put all that on paper, but somehow I have never gotten around to it. It was crazy. A whole day of stress and suffering.

I think the best I ever was as far as my guitar playing goes was when I was around 21-22. as far as pure chops I mean. I think I am a more mature player now and my vocabulary of good players to emulate has increased as well. But I was way faster back then hehehe...

Can't say I have. I might google them. I have never been in TJ to be honest. Mexico is a very big country... :ohwell:
