Re: Behind The Recording of ACDC's Back In Black!
Interesting. I never would've guessed that Angus used his wireless unit in the studio and that it's part of his tone. A friend of mine, very nerd, tell me the story about that wireless unit. They where ONLY 3 made, and it where for rent until Angus liked so much that buyed one and inserted into t...

Re: 6 ELTON JOHN Chord Moves Every Songwriter Should Know!
About Elton, and songs and everything; yestarday I was watching a wharever netflix series and soudenly a "Sorry is the hardest word" cover sounding. Nice instrumentation, nice female voice BUT no soul at all. Without Elton, it's like another song. The greatness of Elton's singing and the p...

Abogados del Ritmo Live- Eduardo goes analog
Hi. In an old post I tell you I'm changing to an all analog rig. First, I'd downsized the effects to no wah, no octaver... Now I'm powering all by a Quilter Tone Block 200 wt. A class D solid state amp (3 pounds more or less; almost nothing). Sounds come from those cheap pedals: Joyo buffered tuner....

Re: Bonnet miming accusations
Jeff Young the former lead guitarist for Megadeth apparently got the Alcatrazz gig before Joe Stump. There are even Youtube videos where he is in his house playing Yngwie’s parts to various Alcatrazz songs(The one I watched was Bigfoot and Jeff played it note for note). Jeff claims he quit the gig ...

Re: life is pretty damn good!
So good, mon ami. I'm hoping to go to the point you're now, because I'm more or less on stand by, taking care of my 92 dad, but reading your things, I'm feeling great for you (and hoping for me). I'm thinking on a US tryp next year, because my former bandmate David lives in Miami after 4 years; I wo...

Re: Judas Priest - Invincible Shield (album)
Massive is the word. Wolf Hoffmann level guitar tone, great songs, GREAT solos and Rob's magic voice. The songs I enjoyed the most are the ones of my style (obvious): Devil in disguise to As God is my whitness. More mid tempo. Even some Accept on one ore two. What I miss (not only on this album) is ...

I was too sat that mining is theater act, not music but, even on theater, you have to say your lines.
If you're not able to do your job properly, just quit.
Dio just finished his career two tones below the range he started whit, but doing actual singing.
That's ok for me, not mining.
