I'm a huge fan of early 90s Power-pop masters Jellyfish and their associate side projects. Recently Rogger Manning Jr, Eric Dover and Tim Smith started working together again and Lighthouse Spaceship is the first release from a series of EPs due later in the year. I absolutely love this quirky epic 70s influenced pop-rock and the uplifting lyrics seem quite apt in these uncertian times... check it out..

I loved Eric Dover on that first Snakepit album. That guy has a cool voice. I remember liking the second Jellyfish album. It reminded me of Queen with the all the big vocal layers and harmonies and the grand arrangements. This new song definitely sounds like Jellyfish...although maybe more power pop like what I remember from the first album. I am interested to hear more.

Yeah Spilt Milk is my favorite of the two Jellyfish LPs deffo a Queen vibe especially on Joining a Fanclub. I believe the first Lickerish Quartet EP is out in May but you can download/stream this first track from all the usual outlets. There are a couple of great in depth interviews with Roger on Youtube when he goes through the Jellyfish LPs track by track...
