Janaza (funeral) and Seeds Of Iblis (The Devil), hateful Black Metal

From Iraq.
Scary, ugly, hateful, fearless, primitive, primal.
But imo wonderful and life affirming too.

This girl is awesome, and the music is as primitive and ugly as true godmocking black metal should be !

Makes all the terribly angry Scandinavian church burners look a little silly, doesn't it!

I wonder if they did that to keep from being offed.
I checked out their music awhile back. It seemed very unoriginal, but then practically all black metal bands since the 90s sound that way to me, and to be perfectly blunt the Second Wave of SBM in the 90s wasn't exactly stunningly original to begin with.
As to their political stance, all of that is a big yawn to me. I remember an interviewer in a major magazine asking Marduk (during their peak Panzer Division Marduk days) what their ultimate goal was as a musical entity. The deadpan answer: "The complete eradication of Christianity, indeed all judeo-christian religion, from the face of the planet".
I almost choked on my Rice Krispies reading that .
Politics and music... :wank:
Just my opinion.
