I got this idea from another forum full of hipsters and others.  If-you-don't-worship-Radiohead-you-are-a-loser types.  Anyway, let's see if it gets any traction here.  I'm always looking for some new good stuff.

This Love - Pantera

I picked up the greatest hits CD yesterday because I don't know much about them.

Currently listening to Rush's "Fly By Night".
After that it will either be Terry Brock's kick ass new album or the remastered "Cowboys From Hell".
Earlier today I've had Japanese thrash band Sabbat's "Charisma" and Forbidden's "Omega Wave".

For the drive to the guitar store and my guitar tech tomorrow, I'll mostly be listening to Motörhead's last four albums.

Don, it's "Diamond Blue" I'm talking about. I reviewed it for Super Avianti's site but it's not on the new version of the site (yet).
    Andy, still have it somewhere?

I rated it high enough to buy a copy for Wendy's christmas and we both like it a lot.
What are they complaining about? It's well produced, well written, well executed AOR.
And yes, it has Mike Slamer on guitar. An added bonus

I've been on a Chris Poland listening spree .

The Japanese power trio called TRI-OFFENSIVE . Really cool fusion . The guitar player is in his 20s and plays his ass off . A mix of Holdsworth/ Gilbert / Robben Ford . The drums and bass are smokin' .

I adore that album, one of the best vocal performances in history, in my opinion.

I really only ever get to listen to music when I'm alone in my car, and my car has been buried under snow since the day after Christmas.
But before that it was Dilate by Ani Defranco, Agrippa mentioned it in another a few weeks back and I dug it out and had been listening to that non-stop.
I've been checking out the new Mr.Big album on youtube but it's soooooo bad that I can't get through the first 30 seconds of any of what they're calling songs.
